How will my package be shipped?

We work with Fedex, UPS or USPS. Depending on how complex the shipping address is we will select the most efficient company to ship your canvas to you. USPS shipments are usually reserved for promotional sales.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.

When will my order arrive?  Can I track my order?

Canvas prints usually ship within 2 business days after purchase if ordered before 1 PM CT. Stretched prints on canvas usually ship within 3 business days if ordered before 1 PM CT.

Is there a discount if I order more than one unit?

Yes. Our boxes can take two canvases at a time so the second canvas you purchase will have a 50% discount on the shipping charge.

Where do you ship from?

ELITECANVASPRINT.COM manufactures and ships from warehouses in Houston, Texas.

Where do you ship to?

We ship  to continental  U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories are excluded.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are not shipping internationally.
